A clear, calm way for Active Adults and those helping loved ones plan their next housing chapter—without pressure, panic, or rushed decisions.

The above definition is accurate in everything except one thing, optimal and reduction are very SUBJECTIVE words.

  • Optimal” can mean different things to different people. What is optimal for you may not be optimal to someone else.

  • Reduction” is too much of a black-and-white term for making one’s life RIGHT.

RIGHTSIZING: (verb) to undergo a reduction to an optimal size

SUBJECTIVE IS WHAT I DO BEST!

Every person has their own unique situations AND their own definition of what optimal means to them.

Therefore, whenever you’re ready to learn about RIGHTSIZING your life, it’s on your agenda and your timeline.

About Denver RIGHTSIZING:

I focus on helping the families of Denver’s seniors in making sure their lifestyle is the Right Size for their home. It’s important to find out…

Where did we get all this stuff?

Those born between the mid-1940s and mid-1960s — the Baby Boomers — were raised by “The Greatest Generation,” people who lived through scarcity and learned to save and hold onto what mattered. Over time, bigger homes, growing families, and easy access to shopping meant more space… and more stuff.

Today, that same abundance can feel like a burden. Right-Sizing helps you take control of your belongings — and your next chapter.

What is that next chapter?

As the Silver Generation prepares to pass their homes to younger families, many are choosing to simplify first — moving into condos, townhomes, or patio homes that fit their lifestyles now.

About Tim: I moved to Denver in 2006 and became a REALTOR® with LUX. Denver Real Estate in 2021. When establishing my business, I decided to focus on Denver’s active adults.

In doing this, I’ve realized that a lot of these people are not at the Right-Size at this stage of their life. This not only hurt their happiness and well-being, it also affected their families lives. I made a commitment to ensure that I would educate and help them and their families to Right-Sizing their lives to make it better and more fun! Since then, I have built my career with this in mind. I have built great relationships with Active Adult Communities offering all levels of care across the metro area. These partnerships help me to help you or your loved one to start the next chapter in their life.

In my personal life, I am married and have two fantastic daughters who I think are Denver’s cutest Right-Sizers. I am active in my community, love improv comedy, and play hockey. I aim to have fun in everything I do and make sure everyone around me is included in the fun!

THE DENVER DIFFERENCE — Local Focus

I am local and love to work with my community.

  • No call center, you’ll get me!

  • No national company to answer to, I make the rules.

  • No big team, you’ll get me (and sometimes my kids )
